A West Michigan native, Anne attended Grand Valley State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree. Anne entered Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2012. Anne counts 2012-2013 as her annus horribilis, in which her family lost eight members in just over a year and she learned the importance of estate planning. In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her adorable Doodles, reading, and cooking. Anne is dedicated to continued learning. She recently completed and earned her certificate from the Michigan Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program.
Anne gives back to her community through her involvement with The Chamber of Grand Haven, Spring Lake, and Ferrysburg, the Holland Young Professionals, and Grand Haven Young Professionals. Anne is a panel member for the State Bar of Michigan’s Modest Means Program, providing low-bono services in the area of chapter 7 bankruptcy. Anne currently serves as co-chair for the 2020-2021 Bar Year of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Bankruptcy Committee.

Branwenn (pronounced Bran-win) is an adorable and loving labradoodle. She is a great judge of character and just like her human, she loves family. She also loves anyone that has a treat or an idle hand. She loves to bask in the sun, cuddle, be adored by everyone, and make new friends. Her favorite past-times are chasing balls, smelling for bunnies, and munching on treats.
Coming to a law firm can be stressful for some people, and Branwenn helps by being a calming companion. She is the office mascot and like a “therapy dog” for the office.

Tesni (pronounced Tes-knee) is an adorable and loving Irish Goldendoodle (Irish Setter x Goldendoodle) puppy. She is learning to be a great judge of character and just like her human and big sister, she loves family. She also demands love from anyone that has a treat or an idle hand. She loves to chew sticks, destroy toys, cuddle, be adored by everyone, and make new friends. Her favorite past-times are annoying her big sister, eating Mommy’s shoes, chasing butterflies, and munching on treats.
Coming to a law firm can be stressful for some people, and Tesni helps by making everyone she meets smile. She is in training to be the office mascot and learning to be like a “therapy dog” for the office.
